1. Services

We provide residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including soft washing, pressure washing, roof cleaning, driveway cleaning, deck cleaning, pool deck cleaning, fence cleaning, and sidewalk cleaning in the Jacksonville FL metro area (Duval, St. Johns, Nassau, and Clay Counties).

2. Estimates and Pricing

All estimates are free and provided in writing following an on-site assessment. Written estimates are binding — we do not add charges on the day of service beyond what is quoted, unless the scope of work materially changes at your request. Pricing for services is listed on our website as a general guide; actual pricing depends on your specific property.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule services within 3–5 business days for standard jobs. Priority scheduling is available for HOA compliance and pre-listing cleans. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service date. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to unsafe weather conditions.

4. Property Access and Liability

You are responsible for ensuring we have access to water (outdoor spigot) and clear access to all surfaces to be cleaned. We carry $2,000,000 general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, deteriorating surfaces, or damage caused by access limitations not disclosed at the time of estimate.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service, contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Pressure Washing in Jacksonville FL and may not be reproduced without written permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
